I found the location very convenient. The transport station was a short walk away. I did think the breakfast was quite good. It offered a varied selection of items.

The room was not as clean as I'd like. I noticed a bit of dust on some surfaces. I was disappointed by the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It made the mornings a bit less nice.

Victoria Station is very close. Buckingham Palace is also within walking distance. The self-service check-in was quick. The staff were also very helpful.

The air conditioning does not go low enough. Windows don't open, this feels uncomfortable.

The room they gave me seemed like a fancy storage unit. Incredibly small, and storing my luggage became a proper juggling act, it wasnt great.

The location was GREAT. It made getting around very easy. Staff were helpful, I was able to leave my luggage after checking out. The room was clean and modern.

The room was tiny for two people. One side of the bed was against the wall. This was annoying. I could not make tea in the room, and I had to pay for a cup downstairs. The price was extortionate.
